Today’s youth quickly adapts to various changes, actively responds to events happening in the country and the world, and also offers their own solutions to the pressing social issues. The first meeting of scholarship recipients, held in 2008 as part of the KAZENERGY Educational Program, gave rise to the KAZENERGY Youth Forums:
- KAZENERGY International Youth Conference “Preparation of Young Specialists and Activities of Youth Committees” – 2009;
- International Youth Forum KAZENERGY “Current Issues and Prospects for the Preparation of Young Specialists for the Oil and Gas Complex of Kazakhstan” – 2010;
- Youth Forums under the slogans “Youth Energy – Innovative Breakthrough of Kazakhstan” and “Youth in the Energy Future – Factor of Change and Source of Dynamism” – 2011-2012;
- VI KAZENERGY International Youth Forum “ENERGIZE YOUR FUTURE” – 2013;
- Youth Forum “Kazakhstan – Russia” – Leadership and Innovation” – 2014;
- Youth Forum “Youth. Science. Innovations.” – 2015;
- Youth Forum “Learning for life” – 2017;
- Youth Conference “Energy of Generations (Education, Employment, Trust and Diversity)” – 2018;
- Youth Forum “Youth and Challenges of Our Time” – 2019.
Over the 11 years of holding the Youth Forums, representatives of government agencies, leaders of major energy companies in Kazakhstan, international organizations, youth movements, and initiatives have actively and enthusiastically participated. The Youth Forums are focused on working directly with the youngest specialists. Almost all events were not only original in their essence but also aimed at promoting the all-round development of their participants.
