VII KAZENERGY Women’s Energy Club: Women in Energy: Driving Power. Shaping Progress
The KAZENERGY Women’s Energy Club was established in 2013 and since then has united hundreds of women and young professionals in the industry, becoming a hub for networking, professional development, and international cooperation. Among its key initiatives are the research project “The Role of Women in Kazakhstan’s Energy Sector”, the launch of the MBA program “Women’s Leadership in Energy” supported by the Atyrau University of Oil and Gas named after Safi Utebayev, and the expansion of partnerships with women’s associations in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
In line with the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who proclaimed 2025 the Year of Vocational Professions, the KAZENERGY Women’s Energy Club actively integrates programs that support women in technical and engineering specialties, while also promoting new career opportunities and professional development in the energy sector.
