KFICA Panel Session: Year of Vocational Professions: The Energy of People

This session will explore the role of human capital in strengthening the competitiveness and investment appeal of Kazakhstan’s energy sector. Framed by the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan that “the energy of people is the country’s most valuable resource,” the discussion will focus on how government, leading companies, and international investors can jointly prepare a new generation of specialists for modernization, the energy transition, and sustainable development.
