Note: * Payment is made including VAT (12%), in national currency – tenge, at the rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the date of payment.
The paid delegate package includes:
- Guaranteed delegate seat for the main business events of the Forum (Plenary sessions, debates, etc.);
- Participation in all thematic (panel) sessions;
- Participation in the Plenary session of the Forum;
- Participation in official receptions and gala dinners on behalf of the organizers (by invitation);
- Access to dining areas (at the venue of the Forum);
- Access to coffee break areas (at the venue of the Forum);
- Distribution of information materials on the Forum;
- Participation in events on the territory of the Exhibition Forum, incl. at official ceremonies, presentations of exhibitors;
- Use of free shuttles from the airport and official hotels to the Forum venue (and back);
- Use of free shuttles from the venue of the Forum to the points of organization of official receptions, gala dinners (if invitation cards are available).
