KEF/KEW will be held at the Independence Palace, 52 Tauelsizdik Avenue.

The Independence Palace with a total area of over 40 thousand square meters has spacious halls and galleries. The building consists of three floors. On the first floor there are a congress hall, press center, ceremonial hall, oval hall, rooms for bilateral meetings, as well as a hall of celebrations.

The Independence Palace was inaugurated on December 15, 2008 in Astana. It has extensive facilities for international forums, conferences, official events, as well as sporting and cultural events.

Main Hall

The uniqueness of the Congress Hall is the transforming walls, thanks to which it is possible to divide the hall into equal four parts. The total area of the hall is 4775 square meters, designed for 3082 seats. The hall complies with all new technologies in the field of lighting and soundproofing.
