- In 2007, he graduated from the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Bachelor and Master of International Law;
- Czech State University of Social Sciences, Master of Economics and Management.
Work Experience:
- 2003-2006 – worked his way up from the head of the Department to the Executive Director of the Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan;
- 2006-2008 – representative of the Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan in the Czech Republic;
- From July to October 2008 – head of the Division of Organizational, Methodological and Educational Work of the Department of Educational Work and Youth Policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- 2008-2010 – Deputy Director of the Department of Youth Policy and Educational Work of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- 2010-2014 – Director of the Department of Youth Policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Since December 2014 – Chief of Staff of the Mayor of the North Kazakhstan region.
- From October 23, 2017 to April 17, 2019 – Deputy Mayor of the North Kazakhstan region
- Since April 17, 2019 – Chairman of the Committee on Youth and Family Affairs of the MISD RK
