DAVID SZOLLOSI

David Szollosi is a Manager in PwC Switzerland’s People and Organisation practice and is based in Geneva, Switzerland. He delivers audits in the area of HR and social accountability including equal pay practices around the world (14 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas). He has been developing in the past 3 years the collaboration between the EQUAL-SALARY Foundation and PwC to enable any company (with at least 50 employees of which at least 10 are women) around the world to undergo the EQUAL-SALARY certification process and get recognised for good practices in the area of equal pay between women and men. David has been also advising multinational clients across sectors in matters of diversity, inclusion, remuneration structures and HR strategy.

Prior to joining PwC, David has worked as project manager at the global Diversity and Inclusion team of the worlds largest food and beverages company in Switzerland. Prior to moving to Switzerland, he was part of the world’s largest youth organisation and was in charge of global partnerships that aimed at helping multinational.
