Dr. Antonina Shenoeva is an expert in strategic public relations (PR) and international relations with experience in implementing major PR projects across the Russian Federation. Prior to joining Samruk-Energy JSC, she provided comprehensive communications support to Bonaqua’s environmental initiative, as well as to the activities of the European Union in Russia. Today, Antonina manages Samruk-Energy’s projects in the field of Digital Transformation, building on her professional experience in project management and change management.
