In 1993, he graduated from Sevastopol Higher Naval Engineering School, Power Plants Department under the qualification “Mechanical Engineer”. In 2000, he graduated from the International Relations Department of Kainar University, having received the qualification of “Specialist in International Economic Relations with Knowledge of a Foreign Language”.
He began his career in Mangistaumunaygas JSC in February 1996 and had been working until July 2001 in various positions, from Leading Specialist to Head of the Department and Leading Engineer.
He has been working in NMSC Kazmortransflot LLP since August 2001. He held the positions of Director of the Aktau branch, Deputy General Director for Commercial Matters, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development.
He has been holding the position of General Director since November 2005.
He has many different state awards, medals, certificates of appreciation and letter of gratitude.
